Summary of Position:We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to build custom, high-performing websites from Figma designs. The ideal candidate has strong web development fundamentals, an eye for detail, and experience building responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect websites.
We follow established development standards and embrace modern tools, including AI-assisted development, while maintaining a strong emphasis on understanding the code we write.
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work in our San Diego office two days per week.

We'd like to see examples of your work, whether that's client websites, personal projects, a portfolio, or GitHub repositories.
During the interview, we'll discuss your technical knowledge, experience, and development approach. Candidates may be asked to complete a small take-home assignment, followed by a walkthrough where you'll explain your code, decisions, and problem-solving process.
AI-assisted tools are welcome, but a strong understanding of your work is essential.
