At our core we stand for real science and clinically studied formulas that create results for your body. We are distributed in over 3,000 retail doors in America and expanding exponentially online.

About the role

As videographer for Biosil you are responsible for scripting and filming social media content and paid advertising content. You will join the content team and ecommerce team; you will work closely with them to create short form video content that serves organic social media and digital ads purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• You actively brainstorm with the content team and ecommerce team about new video ideas
• You script all the short form video ideas
• You film all the short form videos for either paid adverting or organic social
• You work with ecommerce team and bring short form ads to life for Meta
• You work with content team and bring short form video to life for social media.
• You don’t manage, you do the actual work with your hands: script and film videos specific to organic social or digital ads.
• You test different camera angles on a shoot to get as much usable content as possible, capturing planned, spontaneous and behind the scenes content.
• You learn the whole shotlist by heart and capture every moment.
• You collaborate with editor and the content team to ensure footage is captured with the final edit and platform in mind
• You stay current on social media trends, filming techniques, creator content styles, and emerging visual formats

What You Bring

• You bring a strong videography portfolio with experience shooting social-first, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, fashion, or consumer content
• You understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video
• You understand lighting, framing, composition, camera movement, and audio
• You work quickly and adapt during shoots, events, and fast-moving content days
• You have strong creative instincts and an eye for moments that will translate well on social media
• You are highly organized with strong attention to detail
• You are comfortable working collaboratively with talent, creators, influencers, and internal team members
• You have experience within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG is a plus

What We’re Looking For

Someone who understands that great brand content doesn’t always need to look like an advertisement. You know when a piece of content should feel elevated and cinematic and when it should feel raw, spontaneous, and native to social.
