Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite | Winter Coverage: November 2 – February 27

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Float within the hospital as needed based on unit staffing requirements
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records system for accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in holiday scheduling, with an expectation to work 2 of the 3 major upcoming holidays
• Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and clinical protocols throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN License (required at time of submission)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications required (must be provided at time of submittal)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC systems
• Must live at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Assignment dates are fixed (November 2 – February 27); alternative date requests will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred
• 2 supervisor references preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience helpful; first-time travelers will be considered
