Rose Marketing Inc. is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Product Marketing Associates in Nashville, TN.

We specialize in face-to-face marketing, community outreach, and promotional campaigns for nonprofit and charitable organizations. Our team works directly with the public to increase awareness, build community support, and help our nonprofit partners expand their impact.

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are passionate about making a difference, and want to develop valuable skills in marketing, communications, fundraising, and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations through face-to-face marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers and community members at retail locations and promotional events
• Educate the public about charitable initiatives, missions, and community programs
• Build relationships with potential supporters and encourage participation in fundraising campaigns
• Assist with donor outreach, enrollment, and campaign goals
• Work alongside team members to improve campaign performance and community engagement
• Maintain a positive, professional image while representing our nonprofit partners
