Rose Marketing Inc. is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Marketing & Campaign Assistants in Nashville, TN.

We specialize in face-to-face marketing, community outreach, and fundraising campaigns for nonprofit and charitable organizations. Our team works directly with the public to increase awareness, generate support, and help our nonprofit partners make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations through face-to-face marketing and outreach campaigns
• Engage with customers and community members at retail locations and promotional events
• Educate the public about charitable initiatives, community programs, and fundraising opportunities
• Build relationships with potential supporters and encourage participation in nonprofit campaigns
• Assist with daily campaign operations, donor outreach, and supporter enrollment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and improve performance
• Track outreach activities and provide updates to management
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, communication, and leadership
