Entry-Level Paralegal

Pittsburgh, PA | Temp to Hire | Full-Time Pay: $20.00/hour

LHH is partnering with a well-established legal services organization to hire several Entry-Level Paralegals for a temporary opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, administrative professionals, customer service representatives, or individuals looking to start a career in the legal field.

No prior immigration or paralegal experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents and petitions
• Gather, organize, and review supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate records within case management systems
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments
• Compile and organize data for reporting purposes
• Support attorneys and legal teams with administrative and case-related tasks
• Follow established compliance and documentation procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent professional experience
• Previous administrative, customer service, legal support, or law firm experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in building a long-term professional career path
