We’re currently expanding our Miami team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who want to build a long-term career while making a positive impact. This is an entry-level opportunity offering hands-on experience, paid training, and clear advancement opportunities in marketing, fundraising, and leadership development.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations and charitable campaigns at retail events, community outreach programs, and promotional activations
• Engage directly with the public to educate individuals about campaign missions and fundraising initiatives
• Build meaningful connections that help generate donations, awareness, and long-term supporter engagement
• Assist with live marketing campaigns, event coordination, and outreach efforts
• Learn valuable communication, leadership, sales, and marketing skills through hands-on experience
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, team meetings, and leadership development workshops
• Contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented environment focused on growth and performance
