We've partnered with a fast-growing SaaS platform built for family offices to appoint a Client Implementation Associate across their US client base.

This is not a support-ticket role, nor a role where you wait for direction. The mandate is clear: guide clients from onboarding through long-term adoption, and own that technology transformation end to end. Applicants must bring direct implementation experience, strong command of accounting and investment principles, and the credibility to operate as a trusted advisor and technical liaison for sophisticated family office clients.

Client Implementation Associate - Family Office Wealth Technology

New York City (On-site)

The Position:

The appointed Client Implementation Associate will:

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects, guiding clients from initial setup through successful platform adoption
\n
• Gather and analyse client requirements to design configurations aligned to business objectives and platform capabilities
\n
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure seamless deployment and integration
\n
• Conduct product training sessions and build documentation to help clients realize the platform's value
\n
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively managing risk and blockers to protect launch dates
\n
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices and optimizing client workflows within the platform
\n
• Relay client feedback to internal teams to inform product development
\n

This is a client-facing, execution-focused role combining technical translation with direct relationship ownership.

The Applicant:

Successful profiles will be expected to demonstrate:

\n
• 2-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or project management
\n
• Strong command of accounting and investment principles, CPA preferred
\n
• Comfort working with tools such as Jira, HubSpot, and comparable implementation or customer success platforms
\n
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences
\n
• Family office or wealth-tech experience preferred
\n

Depth and relevance of hands-on implementation experience will be weighted more heavily than years served.
