This PE-backed company builds vertical SaaS software for MGAs and program administrators in the property and casualty insurance space. The platform is winning share in its fastest growing segment, displacing decades old incumbent systems. The team runs flat and fast, with AI tools built into daily workflows and two dedicated sales engineers for support. This hire steps into a defined list of large target accounts with real revenue potential, most of which have little to no existing relationship with the platform today, and owns building that relationship from the ground up.

What You Will Own

• Farm for enterprise business deals within 15-20 existing tier one MGA accounts
\n
• Build relationships in accounts with little existing familiarity
\n
• Multi-thread across departments to find the right entry point
\n
• Convert limited or legacy usage into expanded adoption
\n
• Partner with a dedicated sales engineer on demos and technical evaluations
\n
• Navigate contracting, procurement, and legal to close expansion deals
\n
• Use AI assisted prospecting to prioritize whitespace across the portfolio
\n

What You'll Need

This role is a strong fit for enterprise Account Executives or Account Managers who have sold SaaS into MGAs, InsurTech, or a similarly complex enterprise vertical, and who prefer hunting new business over managing an existing book.

• Closed six figure deals inside large, complex accounts
\n
• Sold SaaS in InsurTech, financial services, or another sales heavy vertical
\n
• Built a hunting motion into named accounts with long sales cycles
\n
• Comfortable holding executive-level conversations without hand-holding
\n
• Persistent, not pushy, builds trust from a cold start
\n
• Low-ego, data-driven approach to territory planning
\n

Plus Skills

• MGA or P&C insurance experience
\n
• Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and sales engagement tools
\n
• AI-assisted prospecting tools in daily workflow
\n
